Bug Description
I use a blur + feColorMatrix with an alpha*100. This is supposed to behave like an erode (or is it dilate) filter but being less blocky.
attached svg is rendered fine in firefox 18 and chromium Version 20.0.1132.47 Ubuntu 12.04 (144678) (correctrenderi
while there are artifacts in inkscape 0.48 devel 12017 34
