Bug Description

- switch preferences to use gtk open dialog
- open a file from C: drive, all is well, no warnings
- upon closing Inkscape, get the DOS message:

(inkscape.exe:4288): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to fetch network locations: Error opening directory 'C:\Users\penne_000\AppData\Roaming\InkscapeBZR\build\inkscape\network:': No such file or directory
