Bug Description

Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel 15422

- start Inkscape
- draw any object
- open Fill & Stroke dialog
- get large number of warnings of the type:

(inkscape.exe:8404): Gtk-WARNING **: State 0 for GdlDockItemButtonImage 000000000C940D20 doesn't match state 128 set via gtk_style_context_set_state ()

(inkscape.exe:8404): Gtk-WARNING **: State 0 for GdlDockItemButtonImage 000000000C940E30 doesn't match state 128 set via gtk_style_context_set_state ()

Reproduced with latest devlibs64 and lp:inkscape r15534 on Windows 10.

AFAICT all dockable dialogs trigger these messages.

Updating GTK3 in devlibs64 to a more recent release likely would silence the messages.
