Bug Description
Compiling librevenge, libcdr and libvisio needs some extra boost headers. While we're at it, I suggest we update our Boost version from 1.44 to 1.60 (released December 17th, 2015).

Boost headers updated rev. 55.
Python libraries still with the old 1.44 version (can't find a way to compile the shared library...).
