Bug Description
The influxdb charm does not currently support the grafana-source interface. This interface allows grafana data sources to be populated upon a juju relation hook.
It would be nice if we were able to use juju relations to configure influxdb grafana data sources.

Some initial work has landed, but I'd say it's incomplete:
1) does not create database, users, grant privileges; and possibly
2) only creates a single data source in the main org
