Package for Debian and openSUSE

Hi,

this is Mike (aka sunweaver) from Debian and Ayatana Indicators upstream.

I would like to package indicator-stickynotes officially for Debian/Ubuntu and openSUSE. I see that you have not added any version tags to the Github project used for code maintenance.

May I ask to add version tags to past releases (and also come into the habit of tagging new release with a version tag, as well)?
