Bug Description
Allthough th gnome sound-applet has its volume control, it only controls my local volume, but not the one on my mpd host.
I propose a feature to add a simple volume-control into the sound menu that controls the mpd-host. It should be optional and by default only be visible if the host is not local!

Dear karlrt, since the Sound Menu actions list is generated by the Sound Menu itself (AFAIK) at the moment, I unfortunately can't add the separate volume control to it.
May be Conor can clear up the situation, if such feature will be added in future?
