Indicator Messages should use libbamf to detect running apps

Bug Description

Some applications make sense to have in the messaging menu, but don't have libindicate support yet. We should use libbamf to detect when these applications are running and show them appropriately in the messaging menu. Also, if they have a last focused window we should detect that and show it on clicking of the application item.

Closing, as applications that don't integrate properly with the messaging menu shouldn't appear there. This bug is fairly old, maybe the vision for the messaging menu was a bit different back then?
