Facility need to be set as per new format in data entry and reports.

For the single data entry page, the facility fields for the spouse info and promotion details use a pop-up based on the facility list report. I'm not sure what changes need to be made for this. Due to the use of the position facility field as a limit in reports, it still uses the tree view so that the limits will work correctly.

As discussed everywhere new facility style field should come, as it takes very less time to load the page but also we should make sure that it comes properly in the report too

The faster loading uses a REFERENCE field instead of a MAP field. Unfortunately, the REFERENCE field doesn't display well as a form limit. Therefore the position facility field still uses the tree view while the others use the faster pop-up window. I can work on changing the display to work as a treeview for report limits/filters, but not for the data entry, but that will take some time to implement. I will investigate this afternoon and give an estimate of time.

I have modified the MAP field to have the option of using the report selector. Now the facility fields are still MAP fields so by default will use the tree view. On the single data entry page they are set to use the report selector so all will be the same. I can modify the existing templates for the regular data entry to also use this once we determine that this works well for you.

When I login with Block level id , it doesn't show all the hsc facilities beneath that level and also it is showing state level government institutions in the facility list.

This should now be fixed with the new facility selectors. Let me know if you're still having problems.
