Unable to delete images installed by image-store-proxy

Bug Description
There isn't a button in the store tab to delete images installed via the image store. One workaround is to:
1. Delete images in eucalytpus with euca-deregister
2. Delete image-store-proxy database:
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/
3. Restart image-store-proxy
sudo /etc/init.
WARNING: this will remove *all* the images installed via the image store.
