Bug Description
The "Confirm" button is not working on the "Training Program" form which is a child form of "Training Institution". Also the "Confirm" button is not working on the "Registration" form which is a child form of "Training".

The confirm button templates needed to be updated to match some changes in I2CE. These have been fixed in 4.1-dev revision 339.
