confirmation information is blank

I looked at a Nurse and got some confirmation possibilities.

They way it is set up is that you can have multiple types of confirmations that depend on:
-length of time employed (required)
-job (optional)

If there are no confirmations available, do you suggest we try to indicate that?

I don't understand what I'm confirming, but I said yes and it showed up on the person's record. I still don't understand why it says Nurse Confirmation Nurse. I assume I'm confirming the person is a nurse? Before nothing appeared on the record after I hit save, so I guess this bug is fixed.

To clarify...
When employees have worked at organization for a set period of time, they are eligible for confirmation meaning that they become permanent and pensionable employees. This confirmation period can be for all public sector workers, or it may depend on their job (e.g. a midwife may have a different confirmation period that a doctor)

When the 6 months (or whatever confirmation period) has passed, then you can mark the person as being "confirmed" on their view record.
