Please specify how are you trying to browse files on other BT device.
By default, there is no Bluetooth FTP profile client support in Android. Are you trying with any third-party bluetooth FTP application? Please specify the steps to reproduce.
Please make sure:
1. Bluetooth FTP profile (server role) is implemented in remote BT device.
2. The remote device has SD card attached. Android will use file system of SD card to be browsable over BT from other device.
