Wrong contributor link on reports page

To reproduce:
1. Submit an idea. Post a comment to it.
2. Report the comment as spam/offensive
3. Now goto "Process spam reports" or "Process offensive reports" page.
4. Click on the username on the top of the comment box on the reports page

Expected behavior:
It should point to mywebsite.com/contributor/username

What happens:
It points towards mywebsite.com/process_spam_reports/comments/contributor/username and hence, the contributor page isn't reached upon clicking the link.
