Please support polling multiple trac installations

Hi,

I have a server with several tracs; they all use different schemas inside the same postgresql database.

It'd be great if ibid could monitor them all and announce on the respective channel of every trac project whenever something changed (with "something" being configurable on a per project basis; some may want wiki updates to be announced, others not etc.). This almost works with feeds, but not quite (for example, I can't specify a feed URL that includes a username and password).

Additionally, the bug fetching function should be made aware of the trac-to-channel mapping.
