Bug Description
The dev and owner ibid.ini should have comments describing what each part does. This is especially important for parts that shouldn't be removed.
For example I spent a while debugging why @periodic wasn't working for me, when in fact I had removed the 'timer' source from the config.

I'd also like to see all the unnecessary handlers disabled. I don't think the bot should run an http server by default, that's just not what the user expects.
