Bug Description
<Taejo> tibid: tell Paracetamol_Boy, of course, in Soviet Russia, inherited characteristics acquire YOU
<tibid> Taejo: I don't know who Paracetamol_Boy, is. Say 'Paracetamol_Boy, on shadowfire' and I'll take your word that Paracetamol_Boy, exists
Of course, that was meant for "Paracetamol_Boy" without a comma. A colon is also a reasonable punctuation mark there. Some sources may allow these characters in names, but I think it's safe to say that if the bot knows about "Paracetamol_Boy" then the memo is intended for her.
