Bug Description
[Impact]
The patches enable power management controller supports.
[Fix]
The driver is the Kernel gateway to the PMC hardware for Intel processors and it provides debug hooks to developers and end-users to quickly figure out why their platform is not entering a deeper idle state such as S0ix.
[Test]
This is requested by Intel.
[Where problems could occur]
Only applicable on Intel ElkhartLake / TigerLake / AlderLake. Further testing will be required.
