Bug Description
[Impact]
The patches enable thermal supports.
[Fix]
Intel provides a list of patches to add new PCI driver which register a thermal zone and allows to get notification

This is requested by Intel.
[Where problems could occur]
Only applicable on Intel AlderLake. Further testing will be required.
