Bug Description

The default paper size for most European countries should be A4 and not letter.

This is related to bug https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/firefox/+bug/10910 - and duplicates 39438, 219922, 230010, 230011.

The "default" page size in Firefox printing doesn't "stick" once set. It would not be so bad if the first page ever printed was US letter, but changing the setting to A4 would make it stick for ever. However, the paper size gets reset, somewhat unpredictably, to letter.
