Bug Description
After upgrading to Wily, kalarm began complaining that it could not find ktimezoned, and therefore would default to UTC. I did not see this problem under Vivid.
Installing plasma-workspace fixed the problem. So, plasma-workspace(?) should be added as a dependency?
