Missing source code icons

The following source code/markup icons are missing:

Language
 * MIME-Type
 * Quirks/Fixes
 * Logo Image Status

Boo
 * text-x-boo
 * Uses the plain text icon; to fix use same layout as "c++", but with "boo"
 * Exists, probably free to use and there's always the codetango version

D
 * text/x-dsrc
 * Uses the plain text icon; to fix use same layout as "c", but with "d"
 * Exists, but it's quite hedious.

ECMA/JavaScript
 * application/ecmascript & application/javascript
 * Uses the default source icon; to fix use same layout as "c#", but with "es","js"
 * Doesn't exist

(Literate) Haskell
 * text/x-haskell & text/x-literate-haskell
 * Uses the plain text icon; to fix use same layout as "c#","c++", but with "hs","lhs"
 * Exists, it's cool, modifiable and free to use!

Java
 * text/x-java (GNOME) or text/x-java-source
 * Uses the web document/HTML (what the heck?) icon; to fix use same layout as "Perl", but with "Java"
 * Exists, non-free. (Retro coffee cup/codetango time!)

Objective C
 * text/x-objsrc
 * Uses the plain text icon; to fix use the source code icon (name is too huge)
 * Doesn't exist

Python
 * text/x-python
 * The Python logo image is free to use, would look more distinct, but it's trademarked (dunno if this is an issue).

Ruby
 * application/x-ruby
 * The Ruby logo image is free to use, would look more distinct

XML
 * application/xml
 * Uses the default source icon; to fix use same layout as "c++", but with "xml"
 * Doesn't exist
