Bug Description

not sure what the design calls for, but with the netbook theme installed, the top-panel background is black, which looks great. But the window-picker applet titlebar, the selected window icon background and the applications menu bar area all have a gray background (see attached screen shots). These might look better with a color closer to the top panel background so they blend in more. The contrast is a bit much IMO with the gray on black.

a color closer to the one used in the "Ubuntu" bar at the top of the launcher might look nice.

Having it set to whatever the title bar color might not be a bad idea, or automatically a set shade darker then the default GTK window color.

So if the window grey is of a different tone the bars background will match the color and set to a slight shade darker.
