"Print quality" and "Output mode" menus not translated

Bug Description

This may be a duplicate of Bug #559367, but I don't even know if this bug is really linked to hplip...

I first tried to report directly on bugzilla (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=663478) since I encountered this bug through evince, but the bug seems to come from the printer driver.

1. Open a .pdf with evince
2. File > Print... (CTRL-P)
3. In the "Image quality" tab, the string "Print Quality:" and the menu entries "Normal / Draft / Best / High-Resolution Photo / Fast Draft" are not translated in french.
5. In the "Color" tab, the string "Output Mode:" and the menu entries "High Quality Grayscale / Black Only Grayscale / Color" are not translated in french.

AFAIK the only part which is internationalized in HPLIP are the PPDs for PostScript printers. The PPDs of the non-PostScript drivers (which also provide the menu strings for your printer) and also the UI strings of the utilities of HPLIP (hp-toolbox, hp-setup, ...) are not translated.

Right. If you go on "System Parameters > Printer > Right click on the printer > Properties" (system-config-printer.py) you will get other non translated strings :

- "Printer extensions" tab : the check-box "Duplexer Installed" is not translated
- "Printer options" tab :
    - "Media size" is not translated
    - "Output mode", "Media Type", "Print Quality" and their corresponding menu are not translated
- "Printer tasks options" tab :
    - "Common options" > "Plus" menu :
        - "Output bin" and its corresponding menu are not translated
    - "Other options (advanced)"
        - "print-color-mode" and its corresponding menu are partially translated

So this is probably linked also with Bug #513168.
