Bug Description
Hi, I have a Photosmart C5380 all-in-one. I use ubuntu 8.10, and hplip in this distro is too old to support that printer.
So I installed hplip 3.9.2, everything worked ok except when I try to print on printable DVDs (selecting DVD 120mmm & CD/DVD tray), the printer halts and says (roughly translated) "close the CD tray to resume printing" and then once i've complied, it just prints on paper from lower tray....
Weirdly enough I noticed i could access the cd tray with the outdated version of hplip included in intrepid (8.10) using the C5200 series driver. So i had the idea of reverting to 2.8.10 (first hplip to support photosmart C5380) and then Bingo!
Has support for CD printing on photosmart C5380 changed?
