3.19.8 and later have a wrong release name for Ubuntu 19.04 and 20.04

Bug Description

In HPLIP 3.19.8 there is a wrong release name for Ubuntu 19.04

\hplip-3.19.8\installer\distros.dat line 6093-6094 is
[ubuntu:19.04]
code_name=Cosmic Cuttlefish

Correct name for Ubuntu 19.04 (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases ) is Disco Dingo

Please correct these lines in the next version to

[ubuntu:19.04]
code_name=Disco Dingo

In line 6103 of the same file the release date is also wrong, please correct
release_date=18/10/2018
to
release_date=18/04/2019

The error for code_name and release_date of Ubuntu 19.04 has not yet been corrected in HPLIP Version 3.20.5

And in HPLIP Version 3.20.5 the wrong distro name and date have even been copied to Ubuntu 20.04.

\hplip-3.20.5\installer\distros.dat lines 6579 and following

[ubuntu:20.04]
code_name=Cosmic Cuttlefish <---- this is wrong again
and should read
code-name=Focal Fossa

release_date=18/10/2018 <---- this is wrong as well
and should read
release_date=23/04/2020
