Bug Description
Is it better to rename "Instance" to "Server"?
Horizon uses 'Instance" to refer to nova "server" for a long time, but this is the only usage of "instance" in the meaning of "server". Nova API, nova CLI and openstack CLI all use 'server' for the meaning. "instance" can be used in different meanings. I think "Instance" just come from AWS EC2 terminology. It brings OpenStack users to inconsistency in the terminology.

This sounds like a good topic for the weekly horizon meeting. It would be nice to resolve the inconsistency, but I have to admit that referring to instances of virtual machines is more natural than "servers" (which sound more like VM hosts).
