Two Error messages should not be shown when creating host aggregate fails

Bug Description

When creating a new host aggregate and in the same workflow a host is added to the aggregate, and it fails, two error messages are shown.
There should be 1 error message (error adding host to de agregate) and 1 success message (created new host aggregate).

This bug is solved by bug 1301374

Didn't we establish that this would be fixed by bug 1301374, and just removing False causes other issues?
