wish: multiple users per file

I wish homebank could handle a very simple "user management".

It could be handy for a family-budget.

"admin" user which could add only new users and specify which account they have write access for. If no users specified, everything would work as it is now. If there are users specified, homebank would ask for a user and password when starting. I do not want it too complicated, so nothing what would break current reporting, etc: On a per-account basis users could have read+write or read only privileges.

This way, we can set up a database where

user1- has read+wite access to account1 & account2
user2 has write access to account2 but only read access to account1.

Practical approach: This way the children cannot mess (write/delete) in our budget, but they still able to handle their budget and also see how the family is performing overall... And we can keep our overall family budget in one file.
