Bug Description
It would be great if the budget report could show a line which has all sum/all transactions that are not part of the categories set up for the budget. That way, it's clear if there was an un-budgeted expense for the current time window and the User can choose to ignore it or add a budget for the future.

I second this! Being just back from holidays, I didn't budget my vacation expenses and would appreciate to see how much they reflect on my overall budget.
