Unable to create a "Transfer"

Bug Description

Win 10/1809
GTK 3.24.5
using 5.3 and the exe from https://bugs.launchpad.net/homebank/+bug/1858507

I'm not able to create or edit any transfer. The "Save" button is always greyed out. I am not seeing any validation or anything else that would indicate I did something wrong. Income/Expense works as expected but even after filling out form element inside Transfer, the button does not get active.
