wish: Save Report settings to a default/profile

I run a report monthly on my expenses, which excludes several payment types and categories. Every time I use the report I have to set the View, sort by, date filter for this month/year, then go to the filter and select/deselect the various Payment types and Categories so that I get the correct output.

It would be great if I could save these options to a button/dropdown so that I can run the same exact report each month. :-)
