currencies update fail due to fixer.io requires api key

Bug Description

I set the base currency to TRY. In addition, I set the USD currency. Automatic exchange update is failing. I think that this is because the TRY currency is now referred to as the Turkish Lira, not as the New Turkish Lira.

fixer.io changes of terms since june 1st, 2018, see here (https://github.com/fixerAPI/fixer)

the free plan provide an API key with no cost BUT this plan do not allow to use a base currency != of EUR which make it no more usable as a default for HomeBank

fixed the DNS to its original location which is now:
https://frankfurter.app
this seems to be the original open source API hosted until start of january 2018 at fixer.io.

I am now going to check and setup a cache to minimize calls to this free service as it is asked.
