Bug Description
If I setup an auto assignment based on the payee containing "ASDA HOME DEL" and tell it to assign to category "Bills:Groceries" and payee "Asda" then the category is assigned but the payee does not change.
Ideally the original payee should not be auto created during import to prevent junk payees being created.
