Bug Description

Version: 4.6.1

Hello,

Following auto assignment:

Field: Payee
Contains: SCALEAWAY OCS

Category: Bills:HOosting
Payee: Online.net

Import QIF, with PAYEE of "SCALEAWAY OCS" - Category is set to "Bills:Hosting" but the Payee is left as "SCALEAWAY OCS." Intended behaviour should be to update Payee as well.

Yes, that's the actual behavior, assignment is to enrich when there is no value, not to replace when there is.
Maybe I should introduce a force replace option for each, or for both.

I think the force option would be a good idea. When I import my online banking statement the payee is often truncated or just plain wrong. Would save a lot of time if it just auto corrected itself.
