Bug Description

It would be useful to have an innodb_fast_shutdown option in the mysqld section of the LVM provider for usage when innodb-recovery=True, allowing one to have InnoDB do a full purge and an insert buffer merge

Options can now be specified in [mysqld] mysqld-options = ... and will be passed directly as options to the invoked mysqld command.
