App crashes without a crash file

Bug Description

I want to launch the app and click at the icon. I get a black start screen with the question mark icon. Than the window closed.

In /var/crash/ I have no crash file for this app.

What can we do? Are there other log files where I can see why the app crash?

I have found an entry in the application log in /var/log

process:596): WARNING **: Unable to exec 'ubuntu-html5-app-launcher $@ --www=www --inspector' in '/opt/click.ubuntu.com/.click/users/phablet/help.ubuntucoredev': No such file or directory
