Bug Description
Test the following properties:
Path: This is an optional string which is not yet implemented.
Groups: This is an optional string which is not yet implemented.
LoginProfile: This is an optional map which contains a string of the login profile password.
Polocies: This is an optional string of access policies to apply to the user.
This resource produces no attributes.
The test case should test both YAML and CFN formats.
