Bug Description
We have used .zip as the extension of CSAR files. Matt pointed out that, even though the content is zip-compatible, the extension should be .csar.

(spzala) The .zip is a valid extension. The ELK CSAR that was created for OASIS and available on OASIS site is .zip. The CSAR guide doesn't mention a particular extension as long as zip format. We can restrict support to .zip and .csar to have it cleaner though for now.
