Bug Description
Some microblogging services' web interfaces expose features not available in Gwibber. (Examples from identi.ca: subscribing to a group, in-context conversation threads.)
So, it should be possible to open any link to a message, user, tag or group in the default browser, instead of in Gwibber.

This is a good and useful feature request -- an option to either [1] open a link in the browser or [2] open a link (thru a new stream) within Gwibber.
