Add support for sweetter

I can confirm that Gwibber doesn't support Sweetter, which is open mocrobbloging service quiet used in Spain.

I get this is s wishlist bug, but as long as I know the branch attached does add that Sweetter support. I hope someone from the project check it and try the merge.

he is not working on this its still in progress from 2009 so
marking it as new and patches are welcome

Plugins can now be created out of tree, so this is a good candidate for creating a plugin. You can look at lp:gwibber-service-sina as an example, unfortunately we don't have plugin developer documentation yet. However, if you are interested in developing a plugin (shouldn't be too difficult), join us in #gwibber on FreeNode and we can try to guide you through it
