PO file can't be compiled

Bug Description

The file "inkscape.po" at the portuguese brazilan transpation cant be be compiled!

When i choose download the MO file, the rosetta only send me the PO file.

Look the log of msgfmt:
ledstyle@Dapper:~/Desktop$ msgfmt inkscape.po
inkscape.po:8199: definição duplicada de mensagem

here the line 4151:

Its only happening in Gtranslator...

Can this be a bug of grtanslator?

It happens the same here in gtranslator. The file opens correctly here, but does not compile.

this bug is gtranslator-related. I noticed a bug in rosetta, but that's not this one.

poEdit opened very well and compiled the file ok!

The bug is in gtranslator!

But theres a possible bug in Rosetta yet. Why the system send a tar.gz only with the PO file? I've selected the MO file!
