gvncviewer shows up without windows decorations and without scrollbars

Bug Description
I run Ubuntu package version gtkvncviewer-
When I connect to the display larger than my current one, gvncviewer's top left corner is in the middle of the screen, window has no decorations to move it up and left and no scrollbars. --help-all option doesn't show any options related to decorations/
This makes gvncviewer pretty much unusable in such situation.
