"required" attribute should be displayed as "positional/mandatory" param in GBP config CLI helps

The "required" attribute -- can this be displayed as "mandatory" in the CLI help, instead of being showing up in optional args
For example:
Observation: "policy-rule-create" raises BAD ERROR request if the user only executes the cmd by passing NAME and neither of --classifier nor --action. Although --classifier & --action are optional args as seen in the Help
