Bug Description
When I load a project, GC creates the project's folder correctly but, when I load another project, GC creates the folder of this second project inside the previous.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Inside Projects folder, press the button Load Project;
2. Select the project X you desire and press OK;
3. GC creates the folder of project X;
4. Load a second project Y;
5. GC creates the folder of project Y inside the folder of project X.

What an interesting problem. Could you create a log file and reproduce the same results?
Just make an empty file in your home folder called 'groundcontrol.log' and it will fill up with logging information when you next reset nautilus (logout or nautilus --quit)
