email popup is not translated

Bug Description

If I enter a person and I only give a name and no email adress and I try to save it, I get a message saying:
"Email adress is not valid". This message is in english even if I run Griffith in german.

I am on Windows XP with the latest 0.10 version

Version 0.13 enables people without email.
Hopefully I will also find the cause for the missing translation.

Working as expected for me in portuguese. This comes from lib/db/_object.py and the string is correct.
