Gourmet needs to be ported to Python 3

Fedora just released Fedora 32. This update removes Python 2 entirely. Since Gourmet relies on Python 2.7, Gourmet was uninstalled when I upgraded from Fedora 31 to Fedora 32. This means that I can't run a native Linux version of Gourmet now.

I did find that I could install the Windows version using Crossover. Presumably, WINE would also allow the Windows version to be installed. However, that is not ideal as it has its own share of complications (e.g. no direct printing unless I install a print driver in the Gourmet bottle and even then, I am not sure what complications that might create).

While I do not have the requisite knowledge to port this, I am willing to help with testing.
