Bug Description

After compile end install if I launch gnome-shutdown from terminal I get this:
"bash-3.2$ /usr/local/bin/gnome-shutdown
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/gnome-shutdown", line 28, in <module>
    from shutdown.PowerManagement import *
ImportError: No module named shutdown.PowerManagement"

If I launch "./gome-shutdown" from folder where I compiled it, everything seem ok.

I m on Archlinux x86_64

This is a python path issue, I have never trying installing it with a prefix of /usr/local. I assume it installed in /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/shutdown ? Of course that could be python2.5 or python2.4 depending on your python version. Can you confirm the path it installed to?
