Bug Description
When new notifications appear in the notification window of Ubuntu 20.04 it is possible to dismiss them by clicking the 'clear all' button or by dismissing individual notifications. When messages are dismissed, it results in a (downward) change in position of the 'do not disturb' toggle button. The expected behavior would be that the position of the button is not affected by addition/removal of notifications. Reporting in gnome shell, but it is also possible this is a theme styling issue.
