Bug Description

Environment: Ubuntu x64 Desktop 10.10

Problem: long running job added in startup program are not killed after logout
Expection: long running job added in startup program will be killed after logout, except laucch by NOHUP/disown

Step to repeat:
1. prepare script "longrunjob.sh", mode 0755
2. add to gnome startup program
3. logout and login, the script "longrunjob.sh" should be running
4. logout and login again, two "longrunjob.sh" is running, the old script is not killed
